When your mentality and ability get married,a leader is born.
The Christian holy book (Bible) says in Deuteronomy 8:18:it is God that give ability. So all humans have ability, but not only ability produce a leader, mentality must be available.
Then why aren't much leaders produce? Because many people have only the ability of leaders, not with the mentality.
How then does one cultivate the mentality of a leader? By taking control of what goes into these three gates. They are:
1. The eye gate - what you see.
2. The ear gate - what you hear.
3. The mouth gate - what you say.
When the above three gates are allowed open only to what gives birth to a leader's mentality, the already ability you have unite with the mentality to produce a leader.
