THEORY OF BECOMING
We conquer b y who we become and not by what we do.
The very first stage of success in anything is BECOMING and not DOING.
As quoted by Aristotle, “We are what we constantly do , excellent is a HABIT not an ACT”. I know you may wonder why I support this quote – constantly do- , despite not supporting doing as more important than becoming.
HABIT: an automatic pattern of behavior in reaction to a specific situation maybe inherited or acquired through frequent repetition.
ACT: to perform an action workout.
From the above two definitions, habit is an automatic pattern of behavior which by means of elaboration means “YOU”, because you are your behavior. Your habit determines who you become and Aristotle said “Excellent is a habit not an act”. Habit is determined by discipline you adhere to.
Discipline determines your habit, your habit determines who you become, who you become determines what you can do and what you can do determines what you get (success).
All you have is not all you can get; you can get more by becoming more. But how do I BECOME?
Go in search of knowledge that will transform your mindset.
