DECISIONS AND EMOTIONS: THE SEED AND DISEASE OF GROWTH

When emotions goes up, decision making goes down. Decision is the seed in which we plant in order to reap it's fruit, then if emotions slows and weakens decision making, then our ability to control our emotions becomes a fertilizer to the seed we plant which is our decision.
Here's how emotions and decision making occurs in the brain and how emotions affect decision making: The Amygdala is the part of the brain that turns up fear and emotional reactions, while the Prefrontal cortex is the part of the brain that helps calm and organize thoughts. When the Amygdala becomes highly active, it interfere with the functions of the prefrontal cortex. The interaction between this two brain parts is sometimes called "emotion versus control" system. Activation of emotions such as fear, anger etc by the Amygdala sends signal to prepare the body for action,in this situation, the prefrontal cortex may become less effective.
The chaos you find yourself in, is always less fatal than it seems in the moment, but because emotions lead the way, and decision making which brings solution is weak, chaos seems more fatal than they really are.
A solution to the above problem is that "if you want to feel a problem (chaos), keep thinking about it,if you want to starve a problem (chaos) take action to solve it.
Take action because you are enough!!!
